Pricing should be straightforward and easy. We created a simple monthly billing solution that compliments your budget and saves you time.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Yes, but we won’t hold you hostage. We have a 30-day notice cancellation policy to be as accommodating as possible for our partners.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I NEED HELP AFTER HOURS?

Technology doesn’t sleep, but you should. However, if you need something outside of business hours, we understand. We’ll tailor a specific process that works best for you.

DO YOU SELL HARDWARE?

We can help you find the perfect hardware! We don’t provide it directly, but we have partnerships with companies like Apple, Dell and Cisco to provide the best equipment and pricing available.

IN THE BEGINNING, HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?

Your time is valuable. That’s why our meetings are customized around your strategic plan and availability. Initially, we will complete an on-boarding process, then establish a meeting schedule that works best for you.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

To get started, all you need to do is schedule a call and we will contact you right away. From there, we’ll do an initial overview to see what services or support is best for you.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER I SIGN UP?

Once you sign up and the initial overview call is complete, we will begin fulfilling your strategic plan.

Richie Owen is an adept IT professional known for his innovative problem-solving. With a strong background in security systems for financial institutions over the past nine years, Richie excels in resolving networking and cabling challenges. Off-duty, he’s a bass-playing musician and a dirt bike enthusiast.
